A vibrant platform with room for input
It was especially Upsite's ongoing development and ability to react quickly to user feedback that convinced OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører to start using the platform.
Building and indoor climate advisor Jakob Guldbjerg was the first at OBH to notice Upsite during the launch phase.
Already in early 2024, OBH actively began using the system.

»We could feel that there was a really good development going on. Many updates and reactions to our wishes came very quickly. That our input was listened to was very positive,«

With Stig Nylandsted Larsen as the commercial figurehead and Jakob Guldbjerg as the reliable initiator, OBH has been an engaged user that has both contributed with relevant input and helped spread awareness of Upsite among their own customers.
The close dialogue and quick support from Upsite were crucial for building trust and creating a sense of co-ownership in the platform's further development.

For OBH, the digitisation of maintenance plans was not just an internal improvement project. It was a way to create added value for their customers.
»It gives the entire solution and partnership a completely different dynamic. Instead of a static report, we can make it live. It gives the whole solution another kind of power,«
explains Stig Nylandsted Larsen.
OBH has taken on the role of ambassadors for Upsite, and several of their customers have since become shared customers who now benefit from both advice, planning and a digital maintenance tool.
»It is only in our interest that the property owner also becomes a customer of Upsite. Otherwise we just become report suppliers,«
says Stig Nylandsted Larsen.
Consistent processes and long-term value
At the organizational level, OBH sees major advantages in streamlining the preparation of maintenance plans.
With Upsite, they can standardize their expression and procedures regardless of who in the organization performs the work. At the same time, they save time by building on existing data rather than starting from scratch every time they prepare a new maintenance plan.

says Stig Nylandsted Larsen.
»We often talk building strategy, rådgivning and basis for decision making with our customers. Data in connection with operation and maintenance are strategically important, and Upsite creates this overview for us and the customer«
Jakob Guldbjerg adds and highlights the platform's design and features:
»The design is visually appealing with elements like pie charts and bar charts. It looks great and provides a better overview than what we had before.«

Energy and maintenance in one solution
OBH also sees great value in Upsite's function for integrating energy labels, which gives their customers a complete overview of both building maintenance and energy savings.
»It just becomes more visible to run it in one report instead of having it split in two,«
tells Stig Nylandsted Larsen.
OBH is among the largest players in energy labeling, which is why it makes good sense to combine energy data and maintenance in one single solution.
Jakob Guldbjerg points out that it adds extra value that Upsite makes it possible to correct erroneous energy label data and integrate reliable information directly into the maintenance plans:
»We are actually just impressed that it can be done.«
Closer to the customer and optimism on the future cooperation
For OBH, Upsite has become more than a tool. It is a key to get closer to the customers and deliver more value:
»I feel we are closer to the customer if they also choose Upsite's solution,«
says Stig Nylandsted Larsen.
